Terms of Service

ADPIE Under Pressure ("the App") is an online educational tool designed to help nursing students practise clinical reasoning using the ADPIE framework through structured patient case studies.

The App is operated by the creator of ADPIE Under Pressure ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is for educational and study purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for professional nursing judgment. Case studies and expert notes are illustrative teaching tools and do not represent definitive clinical protocols.

Always defer to your educational institution, clinical placement supervisors, and current evidence-based guidelines in real patient care situations.

You sign in using your Replit account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

The App offers two paid tiers:

• Full App Pass — a one-time payment that grants lifetime access to all 15 patient cases.
• Study Membership — a monthly subscription that grants access to all cases and study resources while the subscription is active.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase you agree to our Refund Policy.

All content in the App — including case studies, expert notes, step prompts, study resources, and design — is our intellectual property or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

Your purchased access is a personal, non-transferable licence for your own study use only.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or purchased access with others
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or payment systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the App's content
• Use the App in any way that is unlawful or harmful

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
