ADPIE Under Pressure is an online nursing education tool. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

When you sign in, we receive the following information from your Replit account:

• Your name (first and last)
• Your email address
• A unique user identifier

When you use the App, we also store:

• Your case progress (which cases you have started and completed)
• Records of any purchases you make

Step answers you type are stored locally in your browser only and are never sent to our servers.

We use your data solely to operate the App:

• To identify you when you sign in
• To save and display your case progress across devices
• To verify your purchase and grant the correct level of access
• To process payments through Stripe (we share your email with Stripe for this purpose)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie contains no personal data — only a secure session token.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Replit — authentication is handled via Replit's identity service. See Replit's Privacy Policy.

Stripe — payments are processed by Stripe. We share your email address with Stripe to create a customer record. See Stripe's Privacy Policy. We never store your card details.

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the App.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and secure session management. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the App with a revised "last updated" date.
