Refund Policy

Full App Pass (One-Time Purchase — $30)
Because the Full App Pass grants immediate access to all digital content, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Study Membership (Monthly Subscription — $15/month)
You may cancel your Study Membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
If you are charged in error (for example, after cancellation), please contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through the App with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your request (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Free Cases
The two free cases (Hypoglycaemia and Dehydration) are always available without payment and are not subject to this policy.
